Both use the same eight designs. The difference is how the gate opens and how much of your porch it needs.
Trackless folding gate

50% advance before production. The gate is fabricated to your size and delivered within 2 weeks of receiving your advance payment.

Handover
We show you the remotes, manual release and app. Balance is paid at handover.

How much does a SmartGate autogate cost?
A fully aluminium trackless folding gate with the SmartGate autogate system, installed in the Klang Valley, costs RM550 to RM570 per foot of width, depending on the design (prices from 1 April 2026). A gate 14 ft wide and 6 ft high costs RM7,700 to RM7,980; at 16 ft wide and 6 ft high it costs RM8,800 to RM9,120. The final price depends on your site and is confirmed in a written quote after a site check. See the 2026 price list for each design.
What warranty do I get?
Two warranties apply. The autogate system warranty is 1 + 4 years: in year 1, warranty repairs are free, labour included; in years 2 to 5 the system is still covered, but you pay for labour.
The gate itself has a 5-year warranty for manufacturing defects only, covering a peeling finish, bearings and hinges.

We install across the Klang Valley and in Negeri Sembilan.
Swing or folding: which should I pick?
A swing gate is the best value and suits most porches. A trackless folding gate folds in sections along the pillars without a floor track, so it suits porches where the leaves cannot swing fully. It uses extra hardware, so it costs more.
What heights are available?
Every design comes in 5 ft, 5.5 ft or 6 ft. Custom heights are not offered.
What happens during a power cut?
Every gate comes with manual release keys, so you can open it by hand. A backup battery can be added as an option.
Is it safe around children and cars?
Photocell sensors detect an obstacle in the gateway and stop the gate. We also set the motor's anti-crush force during commissioning.
Can I open the gate from my phone?
In most builds, yes. We install a compatible Wi-Fi relay with surge protection, test the remotes, and show you the app at handover.
How long does installation take?
Your gate is delivered within 2 weeks of us receiving your advance payment. Most standard installations then take one day on site, once the wiring path is confirmed.
Do you remove my old gate?
Yes. Site preparation, removal of the old gate where needed, and cleanup are either included or quoted upfront.
How does payment work?
50% advance before production, and the balance at handover. Delivery is within 2 weeks of receiving the advance payment.
